Express Lunchtime Yoga

Make the most of your lunch break!  Enjoy an invigorating midday yoga class to keep you going all day long.  This class is designed to get you in and out, and back to your desk, kids, errands, and other daily activities with a clear mind and strong body! All levels welcomed.



Flow with Mel on Mondays & Tuesdays - 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

This class is a positive and uptempo flow that begins with floor stretching followed by Sun-salutations, lunging twists, balancing, some core work followed by twists and a delightful Savasana. This class is suitable for both beginners and intermediate practitioners.

YinYasa with Demi Brown on Fridays - 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

Yinyasa class begins with an energetic, dance-like vinyasa flow that leads the practitioner in a moving meditation followed by a series of long holds and deep breathing in yin poses. Yin yoga stretches and strengthens the deep connective tissue, while the yang/yasa portion of class builds heat and tones the body.
